Method 1: Downloader app
Install the Downloader app from the Google Play Store, enable Unknown Sources under Device > Security, then use Downloader to install the APK for your chosen player using its direct download URL.
Method 2: IPTV Smarters Pro
Install IPTV Smarters Pro directly from the Play Store — no sideloading needed. Open it, select Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter the server URL, username, and password from your King IPTV Pro subscription.
Troubleshooting
- Buffering: run a speed test on the Shield's network and aim for at least 10 Mbps sustained
- Login rejected: double-check credentials against your subscription confirmation email
- Install fails: confirm Unknown Sources is switched on before using Downloader
